Have you remove all anti virus except MSE?
Are you using a torrent to download your games?

I'm really sure what this means.
    something like a client.
    Is this a P2P thing?
Do you have problems downloading anything else?
Have you tried more than one browser?
Are you still using Windows 7 built in firewall with default settings.
I'm trying to eliminate various things is the reason for all these questions.

    I don't know, but i think not.
No dont have, never try a torrent download. I use Chrome and i download other things very well without problems. I leave here some prints of the software used by microsoft to download age of empires.

That's good news; no torrents or P2P.
Are you going to Microsoft site.

    Hello again!

Well, I have just been through your logs - not terribly helpful actually.

Can you please do a few things for me?

Firstly, please enable MSI Logging: How to enable Windows Installer logging

I would recommend the Fix-It, but if you want to do it manually, use voicewarmupx (Who just thought WTF!? Be honest!)

Although I don't think this is a CLFS issue, it does no harm to reset it anyway :)

Please open an Elevated Command Prompt: Elevated Command Prompt

and type in: fsutil resource setautoreset true c:\

    and press enter.

Then please run this: Repair & Fix Windows Updates with Fix WU Utility | The Windows Club

    Also, please answer this question:

Aside from your game, which Windows Updates are still failing? Is it just .net Framework 4 updates?

If so, and the above doesn't sort it (it deals with most Windows related causes of this problem) then I suspect a corrupt .net, as that it outside the jurisdiction of either SFC or SURT, and is hard to find in the log files - all symptoms I am currently experiencing.

If that is the case, we can cleanse and re-install any affected .net Frameworks.

    Thanks a lot!

    Richard
