    I have Win 7 home premium and took the sp 1 update. Can this update be safely removed? Thanks :)

This is an HP EliteBook 8540p with Win 7 Pro SP1 installed on it. Windows update keeps trying to install SP1 for some reason, and it always fails with a Code 8007065E. SP1 was included in the OS and was never installed separately later. How do I make windows update happy? Thanks!

i have installed service pack 1 in maa windows 7 home basic x64 bit and later upgraded to ultimate x64 bit windows 7 os now i wanna remove service pack 1 from maa computer i have tried uninstalling using control panel i have even tried wusa.exe /uninstall /kb:976932
