Can we start with your system specs, and since this can be a firewall/malware issue what are you using?

Fill out your system specs. You have a section of your profile where you can enter all of your computer details. Fill that out and we can help you more.

Just fill out the system specs portion of your profile... Look at your previous post, look under your name and click on the "My System Specs" link, and update it.
