Constant Updates Everytime Computer Shuts Down

    Sorry for the delayed reply... This is what the folders contain (the few that actually do have something):

    From what I can see, it's some Microsoft NET stuff. But I was wondering why the empty files (although temporary) don't get deleted automatically?

    I haven't loaded anything recently, it's just the constant updating of windows that has been happening.

    Looks like some kind of backup data. Have you run some kind of third party backup software or changed file locations for it?

    I don't think I'd remove them until you find out why they're there. Review what you've done--Installs, un-install, new software, etc. The files look old and some are a different date format. Did you load something from another PC? Or allow remote assistance at some time? Or a P2P session? I've never seen mixed date formats like that on a system before.

    I assume you have AV software. Make sure it's updated and run a scan. Also see if Malwarebytes picks up on anything.
