B&gg$r - that didn't work, so there must be another problem as well.

Let's see what rebuilding the message store scares up....

    Recreate the Licensing Store
    1) Click Start button.
    2) Type: CMD.exe into the 'Search programs and files' field
    3) Right-Click on CMD.exe and select Run as Administrator
    4) Type: net stop sppsvc (It may ask you if you are sure, select yes)
Note: the Software Protection service may not be running, this is ok.
    5) Type: cd %windir%\ServiceProfiles\NetworkService\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\SoftwareProtectionPlatform
    6) Type: rename tokens.dat tokens.bar
    7) Type: cd %windir%\system32
    8) Type: net start sppsvc
    9) Type: slui.exe
    10) After a couple of seconds Windows Activation dialog will appear. You may be asked to re-activate and/or re-enter your product key or Activation may occur automatically.

Reboot and Post back with a new MGADiag report

Believe me - you are a LOT easier to work with than many I've had :)
OK - it looks like your problem is that the relevant folder is either missing or corrupted - NOT good news.

Please try the following commands in order.....
(from an Admin Command Prompt, again)
When you get one that does what's expected, please STOP there, and do a DIR command at that point.

    cd %windir%\ServiceProfiles\NetworkService\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\SoftwareProtectionPlatform

    cd %windir%\ServiceProfiles\NetworkService\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft

    cd %windir%\ServiceProfiles\NetworkService\AppData\Roaming

    cd %windir%\ServiceProfiles\NetworkService\AppData

    cd %windir%\ServiceProfiles\NetworkService

    cd %windir%\ServiceProfiles

    (forgot to ad...)
Please copy and paste the resuls to your response.

    YOUCH!
That's a fair chunk of the system missing
(actually, the command I really wanted was DIR /S - but it's irrelevant, with the response you got, anyhow)
There's 12 files in 13 folders - and that's only the standard listing.
Lemme see what I can do.

OK - let's stay at that level for the moment, - if you go back to the
Admin Command Prompt window, and if necessary use
    cd %windir%\ServiceProfiles\NetworkService
    to move the focus
    please do a
    DIR /AH /S
This will produce a list of the Hidden files and folders - which hopefully includes a fair amount of the registry!
    then do a
    DIR /AS /S
which will do a list of the System files and folders.
Then I can work out whether it's going to be possible to repair the system, and if there's a chance that something just got moved by an accidental swipe of the mouse in explorer, or similar accident.

Please copy the response to Notepad, and save it - it may be quite long - and then send it to a zip file. Attach the zip file to your response.

I don't know where you got that from - but it certainly wasn't what I asked for (or perhaps, *meant* to ask for - I see how you might have got it - I'll edit my post to correct it for others.)
    try agian..
Open a new Admin Command Prompt window
    at the prompt, type.
    cd %windir%\ServiceProfiles\NetworkService
    then
    DIR /AH /s
    then
    DIR /AS /s

add to Notepad, save & zip, and then attach to your response.

There is something VERY strange going on here.
Files don't exist - and I can't see Windows working without them.
    They HAVE to be somewhere.....
    Ah - a thought.
    please run the following command
    reg query "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager\Environment"
    and post the results.
