I'm sorry its been so long but an interesting thing Happened the day you last posted.
I rebooted my computer and it booted into a system recovery mode. After a few days I called Dell and asked what I should do. They had me boot into recovery run a diagnostics report they said there wasn't an issue because it succeeded. So they had my go into delldata safe or something similar and I'm guessing just wipe my system. Because when I booted back up (it worked) it took me through setup guides and all that and I lost all my files ( which sucks but its fixed so all is well) Thank you very much for your help I greatly appreciate your knowledge and how much effort you into helping me. It will not be forgotten

OUCH! - but typical OEM - they value client data as somewhat less valuable than what you'd normally flush down the toilet, if it gets you off the phone quickly.

I'm sorry to have seemingly directed you to a black hole - that was not my intention.
The specialist in this forum seems to have been having his own problems, as he's not been around lately.

Whatever, I'm glad that you appear to have found a solution that you can live with.

    Good Luck for the future!
