Help on a startup error please

    Yes it takes a time, but four hours is highly abnormal. 7 to 10 minutes are the normal time, but sometimes it may take a few more minutes .

    How do i clean install then? Like do i press f8 and go to the options there?

    The tutorial is quite explicit in explaining the procedure with extra information provided in further links (these are the blue links) that you just need to click on to access the information.

    Short of holding your hand there's not a lot more we can do if you are not prepared to make the effort and read the tutorial. :)

    Failing that, do you know anyone who can go through the procedure with you? Just to say you don't understand will get nothing solved.

    Ummm my clean install says that it encountered and error and keeps telling me to restart and try again? Wrv tried this twice

    Ya my dad is doing the procedure but it keeps saying its encountering and error hes doing everything perfectly right. Hes done this before
