Windows 7: Can't remove Service Pack Backup Files with Disk Cleanup or DISM

Идет удаление архивных файлов, созданных в ходе установки пакета обновления. 

Ошибка: 13

Не удалось определить пакет обновления на компьютере. [Failed on detecting service pack on computer]

Файл журнала DISM находится по адресу C:\Windows\Logs\DISM\dism.log

If i using cleanup tool i can see next:
Can't remove Service Pack Backup Files with Disk Cleanup or DISM-.png

[Service Pack backup - 530 MB]

I click OK appears progress bar, finishes without errors, but Service Pack backup still not deleted, i can see it if run cleanup again.

Does it give you the same error if you run the SP1 Disk Cleanup Tool at boot like in OPTION THREE below?

Go ahead and post your DISM log file at C:\Windows\Logs\DISM\dism.log to see if it may be able to help ID the issue.
