No mine does not have "Original Equipment Manufacturer" below Windows 7 Pro OA.
It also only has just the Product key (no secondary).
The label is also thinner.
That COA came from a New Dell, not good for your older Dell.
So basically it will not work for my machine right? My thinking now is since the key in my machine and the COA key listed on the back of this machine is different they bought this sticker somewhere. Go fiqure. So it is safe to assume both OEM keys I have will not work for this machine?
Thanks for your help. I really appreciate it and all the help I have received on this forum. Would you suggest I do a clean install or go to MS and buy a key from them?
Whenever I try to validate I am taken to their site and I can buy a genuine key for $150. Of course it comes with all that microsoft "support" cr*p but I really do not want to do a fresh install but on the other hand want to do it right. So if that means buying a full retail version and doing it I will. Your suggestion would be appreciated! Thanks again to all!
At least when you buy from MS you cannot get disappointed and when things don't work, they will help you.
Thanks alot for your help. I do appreciate it. Yes that is my thinking as well and that is likely what I will do if I can't get a resolution from the ebay seller (which at this point is a long shot).
Thanks again to all for your help!
