OEM copy of Windows 7, transferable??

i had an hp laptop for approximately 1 year and after the warrranty expired, the laptop motherboard failed and it was lost for good. i want to know if there is any way i can still use the OEM license for Windows 7 Home Premium??? this transfer would be made to a toshiba laptop. the OS came preinstalled when i purchased the laptop

and the thing is, the HP laptop was Windows 7 x64 but the toshiba laptop is x86 so there's another question, if a x64 license works whne installing an x86 version of Windows 7 HP.

edit: i figured out that you cant from a simple search, which is what i should've done before i posted this . . . that sucks that i cant transfer the OS AT ALL

Can I install a new, legal copy of Seven over my 'evaluation' copy...
....without erasing my other programs/tunes etc? I probably jumped the gun a bit, thinking the Windows 7 Enterprise OS that was on my new/used computer was "mine to keep". I went ahead an installed several programs including iTunes and about 8,000 songs. Turns out the seller had only put a...

I want to Copy & Rename, not Copy & Replace
When I drag a file into a folder that has a similarly named file, I am asked to either "Copy and Replace" or "Don't Copy". I would love it if there was a third option "Copy and Rename". I would get so much done so much faster. I'm hoping there is some kind of registry tweak I can do to get...
