Service Pack 1 (Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit) Not Showing Up

Microsoft's online support for downloading service pack 1 seems to end at "Use Windows Update" However, my Windows Update just can;t seem to find it. Is there any way to manually download it or get Update to find it?
