Hello, and welcome to the Seven Forums!

Can you please download and run the System Update Readiness Tool from here: What is the System Update Readiness Tool?

Once it has completed installing, can you please find and upload here the C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CheckSUR.persist.log.

    Thanks a lot!

I am hoping a quick review of my log file might suggest a "fix" for my SP1 ailments.

    best regards,

    Hello,
I'm having the exactly the same problem. I've run the System Update Readiness Tool and have tried a few other things. So far nothing has worked.
I'm hoping for some help here.

    Thanks
