    I need help to fix windows update


    Hi guys

    please anyone can help me in this problem



    i cant do updates

    my windows copy is genuine

    first try: click on the start orb type in cmd in the search bar, right click and select "run as administrator" and type in the following one by one:

    regsvr32 jscript
    regsvr32 vbscript
    regsvr32 /i mshtml

    you will get a confirmation dialogue on each. also download the http://support.microsoft.com/kb/971058 and run this microsoft fix it tool. and restart. after doing this, check the windows update again and post back.

    Thank you for try to help me koolkat77

    i was do all the steps, nothing new

    some people in other forums was tell that the problem from some missing fonts ( maybe i removed by mistake )

    are you think that's too

    i dont think its a font issue., but did you delete your fonts by any chance?

    Hello AtlasChild, and welcome to Seven Forums.

    To help make sure that you system is malware/virus free, you should do a full scan of your system with MalwareBytes free to be safe.

    If none of the above helps, then you might see if doing a system restore using a restore point dated before this issue started to hopefully undo the cause and fix it.
