Windows 7: Is it legit to use a preinstalled seven Key on another PC ?

Window 7 ultimate 32 bit (french) SP1

Hi Noel DP.
Yes it seems to be the French version of Home premium Seven. Name apart (or weird transalation apart) it is the same thing.
As I recall... because I use it for just one or at the most 2 days, before installing Seven Integral.

On the other hand, as this was preinstalled, so OEM, on the new PC, now i doubt strongly I can use this key on another PC. Unfortunatrly form me.

So there's no problem about 'genuineness' , because it's nothing to do with the Family Pack upgrade.
Ah, thanks. I got lost in translation again...

You are correct - an OEM License is locked to the first motherboard on which it is activated (and the machine to which the COA sticker is attached, as a consequence), and cannot under any circumstances be moved to another machine.

OTOH, if your Ultimate/Integrale version is a Full Retail one, you could move that, and purchase an Upgrade for this machine.

Preinstalled activation key question
Hello, I have a notebook that came preinstalled with Windows 8. I recently had to send it in for service regarding a power issue. I wiped the hard drive before shipping it out and just got it back a few days ago. Per protocol, the service center reimaged my hard drive with the factory standard...

Clean out 'Preinstalled' programs?
I know this is kinda late since I've had this PC since Feb.2012 but need to ask anyway. When I got this machine I did make the suggested Recovery Disks but as far as I know, they were made with the built-in burner (if that's the correct term?). I've never made any 'back ups' since but do...
How to uninstall preinstalled software
I just purchased a new computer (HP h9-1180 Phoenix). It has a couple of software programs that I don't want. I normally would go to Control Panel and unistall there. However, the programs I don't want are not listed in the Control Panel. My next step was to install Revo Uninstaller. Egad! They...
