    Well, better I find out now rather than after I have installed office and other software. At least I have a legal copy of that. Purchasing a legal copy here (of Windows 7) will also cost less than going back to South Korea and getting a legal copy from the dealer.

    Thank you very much for all your help. I don't think it was all a waste of time because I have learned a lot trying to sort all the problems out. Always useful when negotiating around minor problems.
