    Can you reuse windows 7 Keys on the same computer?


    Hi, So i have just built my own custom PC and i have been have alot of problems with it, such as loads of different BSOD's and some other problems and have have been trying to fight them for a while now with no avalie so im thinking about just wipeing my HDD and starting fresh. I was just wondering if i can reuse the Windows 7 Key on the same computer.
    On a plus note i got the OEM version of Windows 7 will that make any difference?

    Normally the same key can be used on the same machine even though it is an OEM version.
    If yuu have to call to register the code, they are pretty good about it especially if you tell them you had
    to reformat the hard disk. I have never had a problem with microsoft verification in these cases.

I upgraded my laptop to Windows7, but it has had numerous graphics problems. Getting a new laptop and want to use the windows7 upgrade on an old desktop. Does anyone know if I can do this? I'm reloading the old laptop with factory install vista and then sending it to a recycle outfit.
