Yes - I think so. It's unusual for that to happen, as the problem is more often with the registry, which SFC doesn't touch.
The strange thing is that your case was one of three I saw yesterday - after not seeing one for months!
Hmmmmmmmm............
You are nice. Thank's a lot.
One last question, how do i remove this message (or is it watermark?) in my desktop?
Hi,
The message will only be removed when you validate your genuine Windows installation.
Regards,
Golden
The notification will disappear when a valid Key is used to activate the system, at which time you should also visit the Validation page, to clear the validation cache error present and confirm the validity.
I am back again.
Office Status: 103 Blocked VLK
Microsoft Office Enterprise 2007 - 103 Blocked VLK
I think my Office License is also counterfeit.
The location of the store where this product was purchased have Filipinos working in that area and it is most likely that many of them have purchased product from the said store. Well most Filipinos there work as Domestic Helpers and im betting that they don’t have any slightest idea about software legalities.
This is pretty troublesome.
The Office is definitely counterfeit - it's based on a Blocked Volume License Key (this is the most common of the counterfeits)
However, it does not give rise to a non-genuine notification, because MS retired the OGA program 3 months after Office 2010 was released.
Office 2010 uses a totally different mechanism to activate/validate - and doesn't even appear in an MGADiag report.
If I will install a new WIN7 pro, will I need to reformat the whole system?
