Also another question, I downloaded the System Update Readiness tool from here: Download: System Update Readiness Tool for Windows 7 for x64-based Systems (KB947821) [February 2012] - Microsoft Download Center - Download Details

But it seems to just want to install one update. I did it, and it gives me an update in my logfiles, but I does not seem to do anything else which I thought it would. Should it work like this?
your system spec says: Windows 7 Starter 32 bit!!! Do you have x64 bit windows????
No I do not. I made a mistake copying the link. I did download the right tool. I downloaded: Download: System Update Readiness Tool for Windows 7 (KB947821) [February 2012] - Microsoft Download Center - Confirmation

However when I use it, it just asks me to install one driver: KB947821

I used it three times alreadu and look at that: it shows up three times in my installed windows updates. Three times successful. How can this be?

So I assume theses files are NOT there(?)
Grab those two files from another win7 32bits machine and replace your files in c:\windows\servicing\packages

reboot and try again
