Windows 7 64 bit

My version of Windows 7 is genuine!! I just checked it under the System tab in the Control Panel. It says it's activated and includes the genuine logo. I actually purchased the copy from Newegg so there's no way it would have not been genuine, haha! Also, I ran the SUR tool and it told me the problems have been resolved... But then I ran the update again and the same errors occurred!

Would you fill out your system specs so we can see what hardware you have? Click the first link in my signature for instructions - and please don't just type them up in your next post.

Also, please let us know what software you have installed, what antivirus/security software you have installed, if you installed Windows yourself, if you've done any tweaks to the OS, etc etc etc. The more we know about your current OS installation, the more we can help. Right now we really don't know what's going on under the hood, so to speak, so it's really hard to give good recommendations.

Please fill out those system specs.

Since your copy of Win 7 is genuine, then you won't mind uploading a snapshot of the output of SLUI.

WIN | type SLUI | ENTER

WIN=key with microsoft flag on top.
