In my country we have Free Education as well as private. More than 10 Universities are funded by the Government and students doesnt have to pay a single penny, and several are Semi-Government unis are there too(im going to this).
We have a concept on Free Education, Free Hospitals etc. I just love my Country.

Umm...not to put too fine a point on it, but it ain't free. Someone is paying the taxes to finance those "free" benefits.
