In my country we have Free Education as well as private. More than 10 Universities are funded by the Government and students doesnt have to pay a single penny, and several are Semi-Government unis are there too(im going to this).
We have a concept on Free Education, Free Hospitals etc. I just love my Country.
Umm...not to put too fine a point on it, but it ain't free. Someone is paying the taxes to finance those "free" benefits.

The finest students from around the world come to America to advance their education. Some of the weakest students from the US go abroad to pursue a degree.

Yup, thats true, but compared to others we get our education free. I mean part of Our entire Education System is for free, so no matter you pay the taxes you can get the benifits, i dont knwo about USA or the Eu or many 1st World countries does that too. But as a 3rd World Country we'v managed to get a good reputation in that aspect.
