Update list

Hi there
Is there a list of updates for windows 7 x64 in release date.
I want to make a custom install disk with rt7 lite but i want all the updates to be installed and was thinking that i should install them in order of release.
just something simple with release date on??

Win 7 x64 Home Premium (and x86 VirtualBox VM)/Win10

If you have an up-to-date system handy, run Belarc Advisor on it - it will list all installed updates with installation date.
