Windows could not be validated as genuine

This message I got while trying to load software from microsoft for virtual pc. I just built this system, and the software appears to be legit, purchased from newegg. Windows 7 professional x64. I input the product key online right after I loaded it, and it updates fine. Everything works. But it wouldn't let me download this software. Went through all the microsoft song and dance, here's the report:

The report looks OK to me - check validation at www.microsoft.com/genuine/validate - if it fails, post back with a new report.
otherwise, it may simply be an MS server glitch (there are apparently having problems iwth some of teh activation servers).

    Try again later :)

That worked. I couldn't mess with it until last night, and it loaded right up, just like it's s'posed to. Thanks
