The Product Key in use here is a Volume MAK License Key.
It has not been activated, and is now out of 'grace period'
Validation will always fail on systems out of grace period.

If you bought this license retail, it is a counterfeit - Volume License Keys are only sold to organidations for use in their own machines.

If you are a member of such an organisation, then attempt activation, but first check your Region, time and date settings (they are out)

Then click on Start, and in the Search box, type

    SLUI 4

    what happens?

You are correct. This OS is part of an organization that i belong to. Fixed the date settings, and activated it. Now everything is all good and dandy! thanks for the help!!!
