Hi, Often I need to open so many instances of the same software (putty). In this case, windows list becomes larger than screen size, and I need to scroll up and down to find specific window. It's possible to group those windows on different columns, for example? Thank you

how do I turn on traditional window commands?
When I do a search in W Explorer, I'm getting groupings. That's nice, but I'd like to turn it off. In Vista I did that using the VIEW pulldown menu. But, the "traditional" menu bar isn't there. Can I turn that menu bar on? Or, if not, can I remove groupings.
