Ok i can install the updates when it's given but when i go to search for the updates it gives me this message here is a screenshot im running windows 7 64 bit

By searching the error code, one page from Microsoft suggests a possible viral infection, or self-infliction, that turned off Windows Update or one of its dependencies.

remote procedure call is running as well as windows update it installs thing's fine but i just can't search for new updates and esetnod32 finds nothing as well windows defendor and sypobot search and destroy so i have no idea and it's a fresh format
The link mentioned Background Intelligent Transfer Service. Another search result mentioned Windows Modules Installer. In a fresh format, these dependencies should by default be turned on.
