    Windows 7 Professional 32-Bit to 64-Bit

In the past I upgraded from XP x32 to Vista x32, then to Windows 7 Home Premium x32 and then to Windows 7 Professional x32. I have the Win 7 Home Premium Upgrade x64 disc and the Win 7 Pro product key (no disc). How do I get to Win 7 Pro x64?

Sorry - it's not possible to do an installation with an Anytime Upgrade Key.

You'll have to install and activate Win7x64 Home Premium, and then upgrade using the Anytime Upgrade.

You can use the methods here to install the Win7HP - Clean Install with a Upgrade Windows 7 Version

Changing Windows 7 Professional from x32 to x64

The Clean Install calls for a Windows 7 installation DVD... which I don't have. All I have is x32 and x64 W7 HP and a W7 Pro product key. I understand if I can get W7 HP x64 installed over the W7 Pro x32, I can use Windows Anytime Upgrade and the product key to install the W7 pro x64. How do I do this? This is much more complex to do than it should be for an average PC user.

Exactly - you have the Home Premium Win7 disks from your upgrade pack.
Use that to install Home Premium, (using Brink's instructions), Activate it, and then use the Anytime Upgrade Key to get back to Pro.

Yes, you start with your Home Premium x64 Upgrade disc, once installed and activated you can then use the Pro key in Anytime Upgrade.
