    Simply physically go to the computer.
    On that computer run MGADiag

    From that computer perform the copy and paste.

    Forget using the iPAD.

    We can wait until you are back at the computer under question.

    I can't but I have the I phone and I have plugged it in to the laptop now.

    I've run the MGADiag, through the I phone connected to the laptop, let me get to copy but not paste?

    You need to log into the Windows computer and run all of these things from it, not from within your phone. Is there some reason why you can't/won't use the Windows computer?

    I just received a message, on the laptop now saying , insert removable media ( important) and another saying windows defender needs to scan my computer....?
