I have installed windows updates on my laptop ,
now I want to re-format my laptop , but I want to know if I could save updates to re-install after format without need to connect to Internet and download .

You can download all of the updates individually, save them to disc, then install them manually (but you can't find those updates on your computer and save them, as I stated earlier). It's a pain in the butt, but you can do it. You just have to research all of the updates that are available, then pick the ones you want.

It can be done, but it would take longer than just downloading them through Windows Update normally, so what would be the point?
If you want to avoid this in the future, then you should make a clean image once you finish the clean install and download all available updates.
