Ok so Basically I have had the same problem as well.

There are a couple of options. If your system has Restore point back to before the virus hit your system, you can try that. However My solution was to reinsert the missing services back into the windows registry.

Yes, Running SFC /Scannow will fix the files issues, but with the registry entries your just spinning your wheels.
