Is it offered via Windows Update?

I don't see Windows 7 Service Pack 1 Update (KB976932) on my computer.
Right click on the computer icon on desktop. It will tell you if you have SP!

I just go to Windows Update and click on 122 important updates available.
I don't find any service pack to install.

Then it is your call - install it if you want the improvements listed in that post.

Most (all?) of the security patches that come with SP1 you can (and hopefully already have) install(ed) as stand alone patches.
