Did you install Win7 on the PC or did it have Vista when you purchased it?

Did the seller provide you with any documentation for the Win7 if it was installed when you bought it? Most importantly was there a Product Key for reactivation?

It appears from the MGA report that Win7 is not genuine. Therefore the only help we can give you is to install a valid WIn7 retail license, or reinstall the licensed copy of Vista which came on the PC.

My understanding here is there is a discrepancy between the COA sticker and your installed version of Windows.

Since your computer originally came with Vista Business, as shown on the picture of the COA you provided, and now has Windows 7, it should have a matching COA sticker for that version to be considered valid.

Whoever installed the Windows 7 Home Premium should have also affixed the correct COA sticker to your computer.

So unfortunately, any further help will have to wait until you can prove your Windows 7 is legitimate.

Is the person or shop you purchased your computer from still available for you to contact?
