    OK, but just to be sure, running step 2 and 3 again from:SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker
    and uploading the file. If no errors are found then you should be set to go!

    If everything turns out to be fine, make sure to mark the thread as solved by clicking on the flag post button near the rep button and request that the thread be marked as solved.

    I tried suggestion on post #11 and worked for me. Everything the same, except it was on x86 not x64
