    Win7 build 7601 not genuine


    I had my Windows 7 ultimate come up not genuine... did a image reinstall and seems to be working fine again... this report was ran after reinstall... just wanted to see if it shows why... Thanx, Mark

    There's no obvious problems with your report - what are you experiencing??

    That is what I feared, I had my win 7 suddenly go black on the desktop and a “this build 7601 not genuine”. I was not able to access internet, run MGADiag and most other apps that were of any value in trying to correct the problem. I know the win7 upgrade was a good/genuine version, I’m guessing it was due to upgrading a fresh install on an Acer mach. that came installed w/XP… your thoughts would be greatly appreciated.     There's no reason for your symptoms except file or registry corruption - possibly caused either by use of registry 'cleaners' or by malware, or by faulty hardware.
