    Hi Arc...
    Downloaded and ran the above file...
    Exactly same result as previous: failed to install one or more drivers. Tried with and without disabling anti-virus, firewall and internet connection before running...no joy either way.
    Guess the MSINFO32 didn't provide the right solution!
    Now I'm really stumped...but thanks anyway for the input.

Everytime I use explorer on my Toshiba Satellite laptop, my screen turns black and then displays the the intel graphics accelerator drivers has stopped responding and has recovered. Im very frustrated with this as to it is really causing my pc to not work properly. Any input would be very helpful....
