So long as both aren't ruinning in 'Protect' mode and are merely used as scanners, it should be fine.
You may have problems running either in Protect mode - check their forums for tweaks - and you'd almost certainly have problems if both are in the prevention mode, as you'd have three programs attempting to accesss teh same resources at once for at least some of the time - and MSE gets grumpy at that :)
