You have a Lenovo OEM_SLP Key on a Gigabyte retail motherboard.
Do you have a COA sticker on the case of the machine?
If not, and you didn't purchase your Windows LIcense separately, then teh install is counterfeit.

Buy a legal license for Windows and clean install it - unless you can find a COA sticker, or the Product Key of any license you already own.
How to Tell
The sticker is either on the base, or in the battery compartment of most laptops. If there is no COA sticker, then the machine originally shipped without Windows installed, andou would therefore have had to purchase a license for Windows. Most laptops come with Windows preinstalled - and paid for.
You have to buy a license to run Windows, because otherwise you are stealing someone else's intellectual property.
