Did you receive any leaflets, manuals etc.? Check on that?
Since this is clearly an OEM installation, you MUST have a COA sticker - without that, your installation can never be genuine.

The installation is counterfeit
It's an ASUS Key on an MSI retail motherboard.
Demand satisfaction from the vendor - threats of action through Trading Standards, the Police, the OFT, eBay, and MS will often bring results. - but do NOT just acept a new emailed Key, as it will be as bogus as the first.
Demand a refund of at least £60 towards the cost of purchasing a valid Windows license.
