You need to ensure that you have a unqiue and valid product key, you can enter it via the System Control panel and click on 'Change Product Key'. More information see Protect Yourself from Piracy

Unless I'm mistaken, this looks like an ACER OEM installation on a retail motherboard - an attempt at a counterfeit installation.

Where did you purchase your PC? Second hand? Ebay? Does the PC have a COA sticker attached to the side of the case?

I got my PC from ebay. I don't think its second hand, but It did come with a COA sticker however I was unable to find a product key anywhere in my packaging.
I did try searching for a fix before posting here so i "may" have done something i probibly shouldn't have"

Check the COA sticker - is there a 25 character key on it? ( Do NOT post that key here). What version of Windows 7 is referenced on the COA sticker?

The CoA sticker just says "You are required to affix this Certificate of authenticity to the exterior of the PC"
No 25 character key or anything.

Mattino you can use these commands:
    Open command prompt (admin mode)
    type-- slmgr.vbs /rilc
a pop up will appear, close it. then type
    slmgr.vbs /ato
Check these commands if your system activates then okay otherwise reply here & we will try more resolutions.

You should have a sticker that looks similar to this (obviously for Windows 7 Home Premium), with a 25 character Product key on it.
