    The WindowsUpdate.log file is located here:

    C:\Windows\WindowsUpdate.log

    Could you follow the instructions outlined here please?

    The WindowsUpdate.log file is located here:

    C:\Windows\WindowsUpdate.log
    I followed the instructions in the post that you referred to it, please find both below files:

    1- WindowsUpdate.Log file , I zipped it becuase it is origin size before compression 36 MB.

    2- CBS
