I have managed to download and install, manually) all of the updates with the exception of KB2685811

    Components file attached.

Hi Tom, when I compreessed the file, I couldn't see it, (nor any other file other than the four/five folders), so had to compress it and save it in a different location?
I've redone it and hopefully, this is what you're after.

Not sure what's going on Tomk, I'm clicking on the 'paperrclip' selecting the file, and it reports that it's uploading?
But I can't see any attachement for you to open?????
Like I've siad before, I know enough to mess up a computer, but...... :-(

Upload it to your SkyDrive public folder (if you have a Microsoft LiveID, you almost certainly have a SkyDrive account https://skydrive.live.com), or to your favourite fileshare site, and post a link.

Right, I've opened an account and uploaded the 'Components' zipped file.

Looks like you uploadedit to your private folder, rather than the public one - if you log in, you can move it across, and/or change the sharing on the file itsef
