hi tom,
I'd like to ask for your help. I'm really having trouble installing KB2685811 so I'd like to try out your method (extracting files). Where do I place those cab files and xml? Are those the installers?
Thanks.

Hi ajfudge,

I'd be more than happy to help you, but as Noel said, it would be better if you started your own thread. It keeps things nice and tidy, and makes it easier for others to find the information in the future.

Drop me a PM with a link to the thread when you've made it so I don't miss it I'll answer your questions in your thread.
