Errors 800B0100 and 8024200D installing updates; KB947821 installed

    Repair install fails with code 80070241. Of course I was booted with the Windows on my D drive trying to repair the one on my C drive, so that may have something to do with it.

    Looks like my only option is to use the Windows on my D drive and install the missing software onto it. There are also firewall issues that I need to fix because my TV tuner card is not working (like I said before, long story).

    Up and running on my D drive. Windows Update runs smoothly. Too bad what that last fix did and I couldn't recover the way I wanted, but you guys have been great with your help. Thanks! This thread can be closed.

    Hello, guys. I've also had some problem. Errors 800b0100. I've done CHKDSK SFC /SCANNOW and both ran clean.
