This may simply be caused by a bad set of Intel Rapid Storage Technology drivers -

Installing the Intel Rapid Storage Drivers
try downloading and installing them from here - http://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?agr=Y&ProdId=2101&DwnldID=21730

(you want the iata_enu.exe download)

Once complete, please reboot twice, then post another MGADiag report.

Now all you have to contend with is that your installation is counterfeit.

You have an OEM_SLP installation of Windows 7 on a machine which originally shipped with Vista.
The Key is from an HP machine - your machine is from Lenovo.

Do you actually have a valid Windows 7 upgrade or Full Retail pack?

eBay is the worst possible place to buy software or computers.
Buy from a reputable store on the high street, or a well-known place on the internet.
Most cutprice 'offers' are counterfeit.
