It sounds irrelevant but I read it all over the places.... its related to intel sata driver! For example Fixed - Error %%-2147217025 - Windows Search/Updates won't start after hd clone/Image
In your eventlog I see The Windows Search service terminated with
    service-specific error %%-2147217025.
    as well!!

Did you do some diskcloning or intel driver update? And afterwards the problems started?
From toshiba site for your model x64 win7

    But is very old!

    Kaktu,

I don't recall doing any updates, I have taken my computer to be repaired and updated in the past. So if I down load the update from intel in post#32, that would help?

    It's possible - let's check it....

    @chiguy4u
To properly analyse and solve problems with Activation and Validation, we need to see a full copy of the report produced by the MGADiag tool
(download and save to desktop - http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=52012 )
    Once saved, run the tool.
Click on the Continue button, which will produce the report.
To copy the report to your response, click on the Copy button in the tool (ignore any error messages at this point), and then paste (using either r-click/Paste, or Ctrl+V ) into your response.

Yep - it looks like the IRST drivers are to blame -
I'd first try installing this set.....

This may simply be caused by a bad set of Intel Rapid Storage Technology drivers -

Installing the Intel Rapid Storage Drivers
try downloading and installing them from here - http://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?agr=Y&ProdId=2101&DwnldID=21730

    (you want the iata_enu.exe download)

Once complete, please reboot twice, then post another MGADiag report.

Uninstall intel matrix storage stuff from installed programs first! After that install Intel Rapid Storage Technology drivers and press next a few times. Reboot.... new stuff will be detected. You have to reboot maybe 3 times. check your drive letters afterwards, also the dvd drive letter.
