    Hello dhammikammd123, and welcome to Seven Forums.

    Looks like you have a custom skin that could be responsible.

    You might see if running a sfc /scannow command, or doing a system restore using a restore point dated before this happened may be able to help.

Windows Wont Load Up Properly!!!

Well I had to restart my comp using the on/off siwtch and now when I boot up my comp Windows loads up and I put my password in and everything and its been on the Welcome loading screen now for like 30 minutes, what should I do? Thanks!!!
