    Great! - that's sorted the CheckSUR errors :)

    Try going to Windows Updates now, and run a manual Check for Updates, and update from there.

    hi there, i think im having the same problems but im not as computer smart as ya'll lol. anyways, im getting a message pop up when i try to install updates for windows, they gave me a couple error codes. The first is code 80073712, and the second one is code 9c47. Could ya'll try to help me please?

Hey Guys, I tried updating Windows 7 and got this Error: Code 9C47. I then downloaded and tried to run SURT and it says - 'The following updates were not installed: Hotfix for Windows (KB947821)' My cbs log is attached to this post. Thanks for any help, appreciated.
