Windows 7 is not genuine but it is

Hello Guys today my PC told me that my version of windows 7 is not genuine but actually it is. This happened at GMT +8 6:00 PM, 27 mins. after a windows update which is KB971033 (Description of the update for Windows Activation Technologies) an update for windows activation. I tried to run system restore but still the same. What should I do to repair this problem? My warranty is expired. My PC is slower and uses more RAM on applications that is not heavy. Also a proof that my copy is genuine because if you look at the date its on September 25, 2012 and there is no marking of "This copy of windows is not genuine". Also I placed a new graphics card, other than that no hardware is been moved/removed or touched for the past 10 days.

Please follow this tutorial and post an MGADiag report - then we can see what the problem is.

Please also state the Version and Edition of Windows quoted on your COA sticker (if you have one) on the case of your machine (or inside the battery compartment), but do NOT quote the Key on the sticker!

Ignore errors produced when clicking on the Copy button - they simply mean that the tool could not create the backup files for some reason. The data is still copied to the clipboard for pasting to your response.

    Hi there,

Have you tried going to start > Right click computer > Then Properties > Then scroll to the bottom of that window that comes up and click activate?

Let us know how you get on.

The COA stickers says "Windows®7 Home Basic OA SEA"
the MGADiag will be an hour later from this post or not because 1 hour left to download a 1,984 KB exe file, network utilization is at 0-.25%

It's only a 2MB file - your connection must be really bad!!

@NoelDP: Supposedly it would take a second or two but since my PC is telling me that my copy is not genuine maybe its not using its most. We are at the same net speed, 1 Mbps and it should be at .80-95% Utilization even on a slow net speed.
@D3LL: It shows me that my product key is invalid.

    Hi Rain,

Do you still have your product key handy?

Also Have you tried rebooting or doing any more updates since this has come up?

@D3LL: If its the old product key (the one that is used for the installation of this W7) then I have it. Rebooting and System Restore(before that updated) same problem and no more updates other than that.

We need that report - a non-genuine status does not affect the normal functions, so you may have other problems.
