    I had tried that exact link yesterday and the install failed. I tried it again twice this morning and it failed both times again. Any other ideas of what might be going on?

    This could be due to interfering programs - AV/Firewall, etc - please try a Clean boot scenario, and see if that works.. http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929135
