    The link works now. I installed it, and rebooted. I'm currently using Microsoft Security Essentials, Malwarebytes Anti-Malware, and the traditional windows firewall. If it helps, I used HitmanPro in deleting the virus I had previously.

    Run it, and tick all the options, then click on the Scan button - copy and paste the report to your response.

    Looks like we still have a bit of work to do - the ICS service is broken, as is the IP Helper service.
    The WinDefend settings are all OK for use with MSE.

    I'll post back with the patch for these two services a bit later.

    OK - I've uploaded the file now - icsiphx64.zip to Noel's SkyDrive
    download and extract the contained file, and right-click on it.
    Accept the prompts, and you should get a 'success' message.

    Once complete, reboot, and run the FarBar service scanner again - post the results.
