OK _ please run a new SFC /SCANNOW and post the CBS.log file - let's see if anything has changed at all!

I can see no errors in that report - and the SFC results are fine.

Please upload your event logs -

    Please open Event Viewer
In the left pane, navigate to the Windows Logs
right-click on Applications and select 'Save all events as...' save as Apps.evtx
repeat for the System logs - save as Sys.evtx
Compress both files, and attach to your reply.

    The following errors repeat

    Code:

    Boot drive failure - XiaobaiFs
The ScRegSetValueExW call failed for FailureActions with the following error: Access is denied.
The Windows Modules Installer service terminated with the following error: Cannot create a file when that file already exists.

The winlogon notification subscriber <TrustedInstaller> failed a critical notification event.
Access denied errors in iexplore.exe/ntdll.dll and iexplore/mshtml.dll
Please uninstall the XiaobaiFs driver - it appears to be causing problems, despite the fact it's not fully loaded.
The iexplore errors may indicate a malware infection.

The ScRegSetValueExW error seems to be quite common - often the result of an AV update - and doesn't normally seem to have any impact on system performance
The Windows Modules Installer and TrustedInstaller events are aspects of the same failure and this seems to occur immediately prior to the ScReg event - therefore I suspect they are related, and of more import in this situation.

    I'm running out of ideas

^ I can't seem to be able to locate XiaobaiFS. I think this could be the cause.

Have a look in the Device Manager - open it, and click on the View option in the toolbar click on Show Hidden devices (with luck the driver will show there with a yellow warning flag on it)

OK - we'll have to do it the hard way, then :)

Please open an elevated Command Prompt, and run the following command - post the results.

    REG QUERY HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Enum\Root\XiaobaiFs /S
